LED Sources
An OLIS LED7 is an excellent choice for experiments requiring an actinic source or fluorescence excitation.
A pair of LED7 clusters are available to produce the absorbance measurement beam in the CLARiTY VF model.
Each LED can be controlled with sub-microsecond precision (independently) for the duration required, with nearly limitless scripted options possible.
A bandpass filter can be used for refinement of the light with any cluster.
For fluorescence, choose an appropriate cluster or filter to obtain the appropriate excitation wavelength(s).
Changing clusters takes moments and no tools, so a given laboratory might own various clusters to support an array of experiments.
